Pay equity audit services
Sompo policyholders have access to discounted Pay Equity Audit services through Charles River Associates, a global leader in economic, financial, and management consulting. The audit provides a comprehensive wage gap analysis by race/ethnicity and gender, factoring in company-specific compensation elements to help assess and mitigate risk. Policyholders who complete the audit may receive a 5% premium credit upon renewal*, up to a maximum of $15,000.
