Patrick Moss joined Sompo in July 2023 and is based in the Birmingham office, where he leads the UK Midlands Middle Market underwriting team.

In this role, Mr Moss is responsible for underwriting leadership, portfolio oversight and the development of middle market business across the Midlands region, working closely with brokers and clients to support a broad range of commercial risks.

Mr Moss has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. His background includes underwriting expertise across Professional Indemnity and Property & Casualty business within the UK market. He has worked extensively with regional distribution networks and understands the specific needs of middle market clients.
