Jeremy Isaacs

In his current role, Mr Isaacs is responsible for the leadership and development of the management liability business, including underwriting strategy, portfolio oversight and market engagement.

Mr Isaacs joined Endurance in 2014 to build a Management Liability portfolio, which became part of Sompo following the acquisition of Endurance later that year.

He has more than 25 years of experience in professional lines, with a core focus on Directors and Officers liability insurance. His career spans underwriting and leadership roles across international markets, where he has managed diverse portfolios and supported sustainable growth.

Mr Isaacs began his career at Howden and has since held senior positions at Allianz, AXIS and DUAL.
