Henrietta Holden

Based in London, she is responsible for the underwriting leadership and development of Sompo’s wholesale casualty offering, with a focus on international business across Canada, Australia and Europe.

Ms Holden has more than a decade of experience in the international casualty market. Her expertise spans both delegated authority and open market business, enabling her to support a wide range of client needs. She has worked with SME clients through coverholder partnerships, as well as with larger clients through excess quota share structures.

Prior to joining Sompo, Ms Holden held roles at CV Starr, where she gained experience across multiple casualty distribution models. Her background supports disciplined underwriting and effective portfolio development across international markets.
